"Going to the Chapel" -The Crystals

My roommate and dearest friend, Ashley, is engaged!! It was such a sweet event to watch, and her fiance did a wonderful job planning this special day.

Thinking we were all going to a Braves game in Atlanta, Ashley had no clue what was about to happen. Jeff planned an elaborate day. At each stage of the day, he had a sweet letter for her. She kept thinking, "Okay, it's about to happen!" But she always had one more place to go! Finally, she arrived to her final destination in a limo with her parents.

Thought I'd forgotten again?? Ha - I did, but I'm back with a new wind. I'm a different person now... I'm a GROWN-UP. Or at least I'm supposed to be. This summer's internship was a learning experience in many ways, and I feel like I had a big dose of grown-up reality. Here I am... a fully- capable graphic designer who can't find a job. I've heard this is currently a big problem. I may be unemployed, but at least I'm trendy! 

This isn't really a trend I want to be a part of, so I've applied to work at PB Kids. I'm pretty excited. It is uber cute in there, I get a big discount, and I get to wear a headset. I mean, how can you beat that?

So you thought you were abandoned... but I'm back. Better late than never!

Today is Wednesday (three more days of class and college career is ovah!!), and that means its What's Up? Wednesday. I've decided it is just as easy for you to look up US Weekly and get a far more interesting look at the latest celebrity gossip. So, I am using Wednesdays to bring up topics that I have an opinion about. This week is Gossip Girl's Episode 14. If you haven't seen it yet, I'll try not to spill any major spoilers.

Overheard Friday!

Hipster Girl #1: So you guys should come. Oh! You should bring your boyfriend, I haven't met him yet.

Hipster Girl #2: I wish I could, but it's on Wed. night right? He's really into fashion, that's when he watches Project Runway.

(Hipster Girl#1 stares blankly at Hipster #2 for a few moments.)

Hipster Girl #1: Oh.
