Today has been kind of a bad day.
I locked my keys in my car and had to call Pop A Lock. Yeah, that's really what it was called. Thank you Amy for taking me to Chik FilA!
Work was crazy busy and overwhelming. I can compare my day to being that last kid back playing dodgeball... back against the wall and balls are being pummeled at you. Too many projects, too little time!
Also at work I drew a series of 15 trees (only took 4 hours), and then have to do it all over again because it wasn't what an attorney wanted. [This may seem weird that I do marketing for a law firm, and I'm creating a timeline of a tree from sapling to full grown oak. It was for a metaphor about client development. Also, not to toot my own horn, but I found that I am a pretty good tree drawer.... a positive!]
I made this casserole thing for supper, and my noodles weren't soft. They weren't al dente, either. Let's just say I had some crunch in that casserole.
I'm just ready for today to be over! Here are a few things that helped me feel better about today.
