On Target

Two things that made me happy at Target this afternoon:

1) I bought a box of Johnson & Johnson band-aids, and they had Braille on them!

2) I found my future child. I followed a mom and her little girl and baby in the check-out line. The little girl, aka my future child, was about four and was sporting a white sweater, full tutu, pink tights, and little red Keds. To top it off, she had a huge white bow in her little blonde bob and was eating animal crackers. So precious!

Hola!

Not feeling too great... I think it is the stress of exams, holiday card distribution at work, etc. I think I am just worn out.

I currently have been in the same position on the couch for the past three hours... lazy, I know, just so tired! But I've used the time to explore my favorite blogs and websites. Then it hit me I haven't written anything in such a long time!

i love... the dramatic tv coverage of elections.

i love the graphics (which have gotten more high tech this year... the faux set with Roman colums, check it), the excitement of not knowing the which state is going to turn red or blue, and i love brian williams. my litte sister is in love with brian. and i may be too. i'll have to write my next post about why we love him.

i love... puppy halloween costumes.

 

i love pet costumes, especially ones that make the pup look like they are standing!  look at willie!!

a fresh coat of paint

something to talk about is getting a fresh makeover. i have a problem writing a blog entry every day, even every month. my friend mollie is really good at it. i am not. kind of pathetic. so i'm changing perspectives... to promote things that i love.

everyday it seems like i find something that intrigues me. so i'm going to start telling you about these fun things. i think i'm ripping martha stewart's (or is it oprah?) things i love, but as my mom says when my sisters take my clothes or do things just like i do, "It's the best compliment."
